Andrew’s story

Service, discipline, and a broader view of lending.

Andrew Lovelace graduated from high school in 2012 and immediately enlisted in the United States Air Force. During six years of military service, he developed the discipline, accountability, leadership, and attention to detail that still shape the way he serves clients.

After completing his Air Force contract at age 24, Andrew entered the mortgage industry. Over nearly a decade, he has helped seniors through reverse mortgages, homebuyers through purchase financing, veterans through VA lending, FHA families, self-employed borrowers, and real estate investors building substantial portfolios.

Andrew believes no two borrowers are the same. He takes time to understand the goal, financial circumstances, timeline, and long-term plan before presenting options. From the first conversation through underwriting, closing, and beyond, he remains directly involved.

Born in New Jersey, Andrew spent part of his childhood in Italy with his grandparents before moving to Los Angeles in the third grade. That multicultural upbringing, military service, and professional experience help him connect with clients from many backgrounds.
